This late 18th century wax seal pendant depicts a shield with a cross on it the Latin Phrase below reads "Fides Non Timet" meaning "Faith not Fear". A heron stands atop the shield, a symbol of
contemplation, vigilance, divine wisdom, and inner quietness. Herons are images of the eternal struggle of good against evil.

►SIZE: charm measures just over 3/4" long x 5/8" across
►MATERIALS: Sterling Silver
►NECKLACE OPTION: You may chose to order JUST the pendant or select from a variety of sterling chains available in shiny silver or antiqued silver finishes from the drop down menus.
►CHARM ONLY OPTION: If you chose to order the charm only it will come on a 5mm sterling jump ring that you may thread onto your own necklace.

♡♡ This pendant is made using the original wax seal that dates to the mid 1800's. The charm has been given an antique patina to bring out all the details. Please note that the picture has been enlarged so you can see the detail. Each one is handmade to order, unique and one-of-a-kind in every regard. Due to their handmade nature, they may vary slightly in size.

All of our packages are shipped from our Ohio studio via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Once your order leaves our studio you’ll receive a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
